Nintendo has revealed that its upcoming NX console will miss this holiday season and launch instead in March of next year. This news comes from the official Nintendo financial report.

As a result Nintendo will not be showcasing the NX at E3 and instead will be revealed sometime later this year. While it’s sad that we need to wait a bit longer, it at least feels reassuring that Nintendo are taking their time with this as opposed to rushing it out to meet demand.

The new Zelda game will also launch on the Wii U and NX. I guess this means I’ll most likely buy the it twice. Bummer. Turns out the new Zelda game has also been delayed to launch with the NX. At least this new official artwork looks pretty cool!
