The new Zelda game everyone was hyped about will be delayed to next year. While the main reason is to ensure quality we can pretty much bet the reason is to make it a launch title for Nintendo’s new console the NX (which is coming out  March 2017).

The bigger question is if Zelda has been pushed back to 2017 then what the hell is Nintendo showcasing this year? In fact this E3 will be completely dedicated to the new Zelda game which I guess suggests that there’s nothing else to talk about. That doesn’t feel very reassuring to Nintendo fans.
