I’m in the same preview as p4n0pt1c0n and I can say that it does not work. Microsoft also has not released any details on what kind of apps they will be allowing on the Xbox One. I highly doubt that this app will be approved by MS.

Someone on Reddit accidentally found out they could install certain UWP apps. They were apps that were installed on his PC and ended up being available on his Xbox One. However none of these apps worked.
