Based on the rumors Marvel characters will be a bit more selective featuring characters that are related to the cinematic universe. This means we might not see any mutants or Fantastic 4 characters (RIP Dr. Doom). On the plus side Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 has returned to the PS4 and can be purchased and played right now.
